Is it not possible, if something goes very wrong that the mantle of the earth will become effectivley “radioactive”, as this machene is 50-150 miles below the surface.

Nick, This machine is not 50-150 miles below the surface. The machine sits about 300 feet below the surface. This distance is far to far away from the mantle to matter, plus the machine in itself isn’t radioactive or emit radioactive substances.

IF A BLACK HOLE ID PRODUCED IT MAY TAKE 50 MONTHS FOR IT TO EMPLODE THE EARTH DUE TO
EXPONENTIALLY INCREASING SIZE STARTING FORM THE CENTER OR THE EARTH.
I JUST FEEL THIS IS A BIG RISK FOR SIMPLE NEED FOR KNOWLEDGE. I LOVE SCIENCE. THERE IS JUST LIMITS AND TIMES AND PLACES TO DO THINGS. I FEEL THAT WE ARE DOING THIS TYPE OF EXPERIMENT PREMATURE. I MAKE NE VERY CONCERNED. BUT A REAL PHYSICISTS WOULD PROBALLY ARGUE ABOUT RELITAVITY, EVEN IF IT DESTROYS THE EARTH, SOLAR SYSTEM AND SO ON. THEY WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE CREATING.

You guys are not smart. What the hell does this device have to do with the internet. You would do well to die. If a black hole were to occur, it would travel the speed of light and we would all die instantly. Anywho, you suck, i rule, peace !
Think of how and why will civilization will use what ever is discovered here? The amounted funds could allow wonderful world population advancements, which are needed immediately. Interfering in-completed projects with 100% unproven science make sense? It’s still at the starting point holding back civilization from it’s most beneficial standing points of advancement. Perhaps what is looked for is done in a complete different format. Those who do know, are shaking their heads with their arms folded at the technology suppression, and miss-guided funds, with their concern aimed at the population with-in creation. This is a very good example of the diversion of present mindset, needed not squandered.
